I'm not getting emails

NOTE: Something you should know first is that our site is built using a few different tools, including Weebly (for hosting), so if you see an email coming from Weebly or "EditMySite.com" when you were expecting it to come from Smith County Legal News, don't worry, it's us!

There are a few different emails you’ll receive as part of your membership to the Legal News:

Invite – “Welcome to Smith County Legal News”
- This should be the first email you get after you sign up
- It should be coming from [email protected]
Weebly – “Weebly Password Reset”
- If you forget your password and request a password reset, this is the email you'll get.
- It should be coming from [email protected]
Smith County Legal News – “New issue”
- Each time a new issue is published, you'll receive this email.
- It should be coming from [email protected]
Smith County Legal News – “Your Smith County Legal News receipt [#####-####]
- An auto-generated email from our payment processor, Stripe.
- Every time a payment is made from your card on file, you'll get a receipt in your email.
- It should be coming from receipts+[a series of letters and numbers here]@stripe.com

If you’re not receiving an email that you’re expecting from us, please take these steps first:

White list, white list white list. Add all email addresses above to your email system's “white list.” — Many of our clients have high security measure set up to help reduce spam, but sometimes those same systems filter out emails you DO want, like emails from Smith County Legal News. Please ask your IT Department or Network Administrator to “white list” the emails above.
